The credit provides up to $30,000 USD in development services. These credits can be used for software development, product validation, or technical consulting through us, and our partner entity, Aithen Lab.

The only hard requirement is that you must be a registered corporate entity in one of our eligible regions. Current eligible regions include the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, and the UAE. We are working on adding more soon.

Registration is a strict prerequisite for the credit. However, we are accepting rolling applications over the next few months. We encourage you to reach back out and apply as soon as your registration is complete.

The entire process generally takes about 4 to 6 weeks, but may take longer in some cases. You will receive an update directly via email once a decision has been made.

No. This is a completely non-dilutive credit. You retain 100% ownership of your company and your intellectual property. The goal is to support your development, not to take a stake in your business.
